Workhorse coffees of reliably good quality are a blend of different types and grades of coffees and have limited traceability but a classic Yemen profile.

Tasting Notes: Brown sugar, coconut, and grapes; mellow and sweet with fruit acidity and a textured mouthfeel.

Haraaz FairValue - Mono Region | Medium Dark Roast
Coffee is naturally organic, grown traditionally on stone-sloped terraced mountains at 2,500 MASL, hand-picked and naturally dry-processed in a mill in Sana’a. Ideal conditions make for a dense, aromatic and flavorful bean.

Tasting Notes: Brown sugar flavor with hazelnut, cane juice and chocolate; sweet with tart citric acidity and a heavy mouthfeel.
