- Water Management: After the initial blocks are made with specific amount of moisture a simple descending fog from a humidifier system, fed from an Avion water source, is all that is needed for the mushrooms to absorb the moisture needed to grow. This very efficient approach eliminates waste and lessens demand on our local water table.
