Bitchin' Babkas stemmed from the simple question  "Wtf even is a babka?" Well, for those who may not know, it is a Polish Jewish sweet dough that is traditionally filled with chocolate or cinnamon. Though here at Bitchin’ Babkas, the limit does not exist. Baklava, Sugar Cookie, Hot Coco, and Birthday Cake are just a few of the decadent twists on this swirled baked bread. Founded in 2020 by De'Asia Collins is a New York native and an at home baker that has a great desire to bake things people will enjoy more. Located in Yonkers, NY, our Etsy page allows us to deliver delicious Jewish delicacies to all 50 states (yes! That does include Hawaii and Alaska) and pre-order pick up for local New Yorkers who are looking for their fix.

Baked Goods

Baklava: This babka can definitely be described as a product of the melting pot. Bringing together baked delights central to different parts of the world the Babkalava gives you that wonderfully swirled dough with all the honey nutty goodness that can fit in the spread. 

Triple Chocolate: Hi, calling all chocaholics, unfortunately I can’t keep this anonymous. This ode to being in love with the cocoa, utilizes multiple types of chocolate in multiple forms to give you your fix to the fullest. 

Cinnamon: One of the pillars of babka society and a grail of the culture, this bitchin adaptation gives you French toast for breakfast vibes. Trust me, Jerry and Elaine wouldn’t have called this cinnamon babka, the lesser babka! 

Birthday cake: This babka and it’s cream cheese filling make this a decadent birthday treat for anybody about their cake, cake, cake. A powdered sugar top and rainbow sprinkles gives this the festive look needed for any party.

Our fudge like, melt in your mouth take on Passover brownies are here year round. We can’t wait for you to try! Available in full (16 brownies) and half tray (8 brownies).
